The Bridgewater Hotel

The Bridgewater Hotel is situated on Barton Road, right in the heart of the village. It was opened in 1903 when the original Bridgewater Hotel was closed for demolishing, to make way for the new gatehouse to the New Hall.

It offers a wide selection of food, served seven days a week.

The John Gilbert

The John Gilbert is situated on Leigh Road, opposite St Marks Church. It was opened in 1998, when it was converted from an old lodge.
